One thing I've been starting to do is stretch right when I get out of bed in the morning. I have been doing this for about a week now and love it. It wakes me up and gets me ready to start my day. It takes only as long as you want (even only two minutes is great). Now, don't get me wrong, if you're not used to this it does feels weird at first, but get over how dumb you feel and just try it. My husband things I'm a freak, but the way it makes me feel afterwards is worth looking like an idiot (especially when I'm losing my balance moving into Warrior with this pregnant belly!)
